Causes And Symptoms Of Migraines

Have you ever had a migraine before or had one that made you sick? Migraines come from stress and fatigue and happen in more women then it does men. Have you ever gone swimming in deep water, only to feel like your head feels as though there is a lot of pressure in it? Well, that is what a migraine feels like. It feels like the water in a sponge to your muscles in your head and it's squeezing it. It make you feel sick and may make you feel like you are going to throw up. Your nose will be stuffed up, and your head will feel like it wants to explode due to the congestion. It also makes your eyes hurt really bad.

Did you also know that spasms affect your brain because it is affecting the blood vessels that you have in your head? It can also be on the outside that gives you a migraine. Your head will pound and pound even when you are sleeping, if you can sleep at all. It makes you want to curl up in a ball and cry relentlessly because it hurts so badly. It can also affect you from moving. I used to get migraines like that whenever someone yelled around me. It can make your teeth hurt and throb over and over again, and you can have this for a few days at a time or all at once. Light and sound will make you feel worse than you already do, and that is not good or easy to go through.

Migraines make your temples hurt and pound, and it can make one side of the head feel like it's going to pop. It can make you hurt underneath you eyes, in the middle of your forehead, on the sides of your head, and it will make your ears feel like they are in pain. If you hear strong sound it makes it worse on your head. It also makes your neck and your body ache, and you can't get comfortable. You will not want to move or talk to anyone at all. It is irritating and makes you frustrated because you don't want to go anywhere or do anything at all because it hurts so much. It can also make you moody to everyone that comes around you and makes your family upset because you are in pain.
